Oh, come on, for heaven's sake!

I'm the last to defend card surcharges, but suggest you do the maths for (say) a £2,000 ticket.

Using the 2.1% example you quote, would you be happy to pay a card surcharge of £42? @:-) If so, try booking VS flights at virgin-atlantic.com for similar extortion.
