I'm dropping to E35K this year, and had a few questions about it. I've looked around and didn't see any consistent answers, but please point me in the right direction if I missed something!

- If I don't chose the Intl MLL option, can I still use the domestic MLL before an Intl flight? ie. If I'm flying YEG-YYZ-FRA, can I spend time in the domestic MLL in YYZ and then move to the Intl departure area? What about if my YYZ-FRA flight is LH or Austrian?

- I know my family would lose priority boarding when traveling with me, but what about one companion? It makes sense that they wouldn't want 5 of us in Y boarding with one elite, but I wonder if 2 on the same PNR would be ok?

- Would my family or companion still get priority security with me? I've never had so much as a question at security with my family, wondering if that's going to change?

Anything else that might have caught new E35Ks off guard or come as a surprise last year, especially during international travel??
