Since Amtrak gives bonus points to members inviting others to join their rewards program, who knows; maybe some airlines do too. I'm about to book a flight on Frontier, so if someone's browsing this forum and would like to send me an invitation, do. I'm guessing there isn't such a program, but it's worth asking.
