Having lived abroad for the past 20 odd years, I still keep my US accounts and CCs active. Always have the card sent to my US contact and then they forward the card to me. Once one of my Ink cards never showed up so I called the hotline and explained I was abroad and they sent a replacement card to Japan within a week ^
