Looks like DCA-OMA and DCA-MSN are loaded but not DCA-MCI.

I suspect that is because either (a) the MCI-DCA market isn't as attractive for a 1x/day DL flight, and/or (b) because the MCI-DCA slot pair has more strings attached they don't think the fight is worth it or perhaps even as winnable.
