She called TD who told her it was a "system error" and after much prodding and nagging, they assured her that it would be "fixed".
So let this be a lesson... beware the TD service fee for supposedly FYF Visa Infinites
No worries, it was taped so you can always rely on it to dispute the charge. CIBC normally charges and refunds but usually the same time or statement.
