The Mrs. got the Infinite Visa. She hasn't even activated it yet, but today came the statement with nothing but a $120 AF on it.

She called TD who told her it was a "system error" and after much prodding and nagging, they assured her that it would be "fixed".

So let this be a lesson... beware the TD service fee for supposedly FYF Visa Infinites

Update: After much persistence from my wife, they finally relented and agreed to send confirmation in writing that the fee was reversed.

PS: I agree with newbie elite below. From negotiating their original deal to how they're handling clients, TD appears to be botching Aeroplan credit cards thorougly.
