The TD card is a pretender, even taking into account the poorer benefit-to-fee ratio that we usually have for Canadian-based credit cards. If I want an expensive card with benefits, I'm more likely to up the ante and go for one of the AMEX Plat cards than go for TD's offering - and I say that as a loyal TD customer.
