Flights available for sale on delta.com. But it's on an ERJ145 on RP for 1011 miles? WOW that's a long flight. It makes sense that it's on Chautauqua since the slots are owned by them. It moves from RP to S5 in March, which is far more reasonable on an E170.
DL also has flights loaded for DAL next October. They don't have the gates yet to operate at Love Field, but it is a tactic to show the DOT that they are serious.
Short of an order from the DOT for DCA-OMA/MSN/MCI, I don't think these can be flown under the Delta brand.
