With revenue tickets, it is clearly inficated in the fare. With reward bookings, it isn't.

It is clearly a way for airlines to introduce co-payements, without actually having th introduce a co-payment. Instead, it is a "Fuel Surcharge".

They should just accept that that it the way it is, and act accordingly.

Or to put it more simplistically, QF media have announced that the FF program name is being scrapped and replaced by "prior flight CRedit Accumulation Pocess (CRAP) for future tokenistic discount". This saves the constant complaints from the riff- raff in the community who have yet to realise that there is nothing free.
