I'm doing it this weekend. CHS-ATL-BOS-DTW-SFO-JFK-BOS-ATL-CHS. Just under 6 cpm which I considered decent with CHS being my home airport. The SFO-JFK leg is a red eye and puts me into JFK early in the morning with a 3 hour or so layover.

Basically, for me anyway, the key is the redeye flight heading back to the east coast.
