I also have a friend who moved from one of the big European airlines to QR as a pilot and he and his family are very happy. Same with two EK employees from Italy who were friends of mine before they went to work with EK- and both renewed their contracts and feel it was a very good decision for themselves and their families personally.

As with any large organization- not everyone is going to be happy at any given point in time.
