Is 1-hour a realistic connection time? When I last passed through HEL, it seemed like short connections should work. Flight arrives at 9pm and outbound departs at 10pm.

That final leg with SAS makes me little suspicious. Is it on same PNR? If not, you probably cannot check your baggage through all the way to ARN and rechecking your baggage within 1-hour connection requires luck. And even if you don't check anything, there is an obvious risk with LHR-HEL flight being late.
If you don't have to worry about your baggage, one hour is sufficient time. There is bit longer walk to T1 where SAS flights depart but terminals are connected airside so no need to go through security in HEL.
