Will be interesting to see how this impacts BR memberships.
Partner memberships, which include AS BR memberships as well as Amex access and other methods of entry, will no longer be able to bring a guest into the club for free.

DL will also be selling an individual-only membership at the $450 price point starting later this spring. As a BR member, if you want to bring family or guests in, you'll need to spring for the full $700 DL SC membership or pay a $29 fee per guest to have them join you.
