Yes, you are upgrade eligible, but don't count on any upgrade. Just as DL elites are UG eligible on AS flights, we clear after, and only after all AS elites clear (as it should be)...On DL flights you will be UG eligible, but you will only clear, if at all, after ALL of the DL elites, including our lowest elites, clear.

As always, your possibility of an UG depends on which flight you take on which day.. the DL UGs have fallen a lot, and on our major routes, it's not unusual to see an UG list of 50 waiting for 3 seats. Having said that, I have no knowledge of how much traffic DL carries to and from PHL, so the UG list may or may not be as long.
