The status of concourse E came up at SMD5 and was a key point in the presentation by airport GM.

UA takes over all 10 gates and this will become the primary mainline narrobody boarding area. Plans are in the works for a UC as per the above post. The ten new gates allow for the decommission of the T1 gates 32-38. Additionally gates 76-79 (the UAx gates) are next up for brief update (mostly the interior furnishing, not a complete Mike Holmes style renovation).

It appears from the above thre are no plans to move AC over to T3. However there could be a possibility to put AC to terminal G.
