Expo IC has a better view. I once booked a basic room and as a RA I was upgrade to a suite (without club benefit). The cons is it's not close to every sightseeing spots (expect for China Pavilion but still 20-mins walk away) and no metro nearby. You might need to take taxi where ever you want to go.

Puxi IC's hardware is good.
Pudong IC's location is good for business in Pudong area but room is small (upgrade to club room or suite without club benefit)

Ruijin IC is nice and good choice for leisure. You can feel the old shanghai in that hotel and the area around it.
