Same with the fasten seat belt sign, even for take off and landing, pax still get up and walk down the aisle or open the overhead bins, FA don't even bother or have no intention to stop their behaviors. Not to mention, FA didn't do any safety checks before landing neither, no making sure all service items are clear, no making sure all the seats are in the upright positoon, etc.
