So I had asked in some other threads, but got very little response. I am curious what you all think of the AF and VS Prem Econ and J-class products. I have a business trip coming up that my company will only pay coach for ~$1200, but I saw that I can force the TATL leg on an AF A380 (something Im tempted to do even if I dont upgrade), and/or fly on a VS codeshare. Prem Econ through Delta (W) looks to be $1600+. M/B-fares are $3400+. I-fares are $5500+. In your opinions, would it be worth it to spend the ~$1200 and 25k miles to upgrade each TATL leg on either AF or VS, and can it be done from M/B fares?
