Cauliflower, brussel sprouts, beets, cabbage. The only time I had spinach was at school and it was from a can and sat in a pot on the stove for hours... I still couldn't eat it that way.
Once I was old enough, I hated beer. Then I discovered it was about choosing a better beer.
I ate lots of venison as a child and loved it, but can't eat it now.
The only childhood aversion I couldn't overcome now, even to be polite, is cottage cheese. I still think that stuff is just wrong and nasty.
