Wait - you're saying that your ORD-PHL flight on Monday, Jan 6th was cancelled specifically because of the "CO pilot reservation system meltdown" and
not because of the weather? I just want to confirm - because that's what your post above says, along with the fact that UA "lied" about it.
That's a huge loss of credibility right there if you really believe that. As you may be aware, most of pretty much everything was cancelled (not just flights!) on Sunday - Tuesday of that week due to weather. I'd be fascinated to know why you believe your flight was cancelled due to something else, how you know it was a "lie", and how UA knew 2 days out that they would need to cancel your flight due to the "CO pilot reservation system melt down"
