You aren't the account holder. Why on earth would the CSR discuss anything with you? Have your GF call. During regular business hours.
We have both been told the same thing.
When my gf asked if he could email her the outcome of the account being suspended which is her account being closed the CSR said they won't be explaining any reasons for it and what has made them that decision.
