It's the grown-up version of parents telling their kids to behave or the boogeyman is going to come and take them away. Just kind of a shame that we live in a society where boogeyman stories are even necessary with grown adults. I'm not in any way condoning the FA's imaginary inspector routine, and i agree that a complaint is in order, but I do feel sorry for anyone who feels they have to resort to such extremes just to get a big group of people to comply with a relatively minor request.
