Ok, let me try to be more helpful.

I'd imagine duplicate accounts would be a straightforward breach of IHG terms, but you say account reinstated in the past suggesting the duplicate was closed off and hugs all round! Of course if the rep reinstated your duplicate account and thus you were continuing with the 4 accounts between you that would be a big issue.

If you're all proper now with only 1 account each then it could be more switching between your (now legit) accounts has led to another stop, and due to the variances between IHG reps you've got nowhere.

I think strictly speaking to earn points the member has to stay in the room, or one of the rooms if several booked. So very strictly speaking you're in breach if you book a room on GF account which she doesn't stay in, though I can't see them sacking you *just* for that!

My best guess, having looked at the account conduct, IHG has decided that your GF account is really (another) duplicate of yours, and shut it!

My advice, call again, with GF present, be syrupy sweet and see if that elicits either reinstatement or at least a transfer to someone who can look at the account conduct. Good luck, IHG CS is pretty ropey!
