Do people actually pay more than necessary to fly on UA? There are so many great choices on routes to and within Asia and none of them are on UA. Break away from this flying turd of an airline and try another carrier. I guarantee you it will be better than UA.
Companies that treat their customers with disdain and contempt deserve to be driven into insolvency by those very same customers. Let's hope that happens to once decent UA sooner rather than later.
