If you don't mind an independent hotel that Navigli location of Art Hotel is very good and it is very good value actually. I have stayed there a few times and typically it comes in under 170 EUR for a nice double room with free wifi. Recommended for when the chains price into the stratosphere which unfortunately is quite regularly in Milano.
