Good riddance to them!

The SSCI machines always seemed to be a waste of everybody's time to me. You have to get past them (and the throngs of confused, elderly, betrollied Daily Mail readers trying to operate them) in order to access the bag-drop desk - and even then you have to run the gauntlet of the SSCI Warden and promise that you already have a BP.

Like callmedave says, it's two steps where one would do.
