OK so you dont get the T5 CCR access.

T3 Cathay F is nice but not exceptional. The food selection is better if you like chinese noodles. It is not the CCR. It is for all OW Emeralds and CX F pax. Dont forget some AA, BA, AY and IB OW Emerald members may also in there.

You can access the T3 BA F lounge if you want a wider selection of western food.
