There are none in Dublin since the BMI takeover and Belfast City is the same (and no plans to install them)

Dublin is ok actually as there is usually quite a few staff on but in belfast I have only ever seen 2 on the desks and tempers flare when someone has a problem which leaves the non ticket trained person to check in/bag drop the line.
