I happened to me. I bought TG ticket for BKK-KUL about 3 hours before my flight in TG ticket office in BKK (because of stupid ET said I have no ticket althought I showed them a print out with ticket number). The agent put my name wrongly. She just type A B as per my passport in the ticket, so A become my last name (instead of first name).

I called KF today and told the agent the situation. He said, yes, it will get rejected. So he suggested to me to file a retro claim (no need to wait for 8 weeks) since I have spotted the mistake and they will do manual posting.
