As someone who flies 3 out of four weeks and has on a long term basis I definitely see a better front line product out there(except for the ***** in T1 MLL) and have people do lots of things for me including changing a H class ticket so that I could fly from Calgary instead of YEG.Maybe that was just to get PE upset one more time--who knows? And the new concierge in YEG Kim did a whole bunch of lost and found stuff for me last week. Front cabin people have been just great all through this mess but they have generally been more senior and mature personnel.And they are all unhappy with the pilots, which makes them better in my eyes with that alone.
