Before December of last year I only flew for leisure. Since I have started flying frequently I have been very happy with the service I have received and the time it takes to answer the phone. So much so I faxed in a letter after a particularily good flight YUL-LHR in April to compliment them. It was one of the major factors that made me decide to stick with AC, even though I am not very happy with what they are doing to Aeroplan. Should be Elite by beginning of Sept, can't wait to get my first upgrade on my usual YUL-YYC flights!!
