Is it just me or do you find that all the staff at AC seem to be going out of their way to give better service lately? I hadn't really had any problems in the past but have noticed even more so lately that the service from at all levels has increased. This includes, but not limited to, the reservations desk, FA's and even pilots providing updates has increased.

This seems odd to me given the current times but even if it is an anomaly then I am still happy to see that some staff can still give their best. I think the staff are showing some real class lately when they could quite easily just blow people off in stressful times
