Got the $89 Barclays US card this summer. Made my one purchase, got my sign-up bonus miles. Put the card in a drawer expecting to receive an offer after 90 days to spend $X in a certain timeframe and get more bonus miles. That offer never came.

Did they stop doing those? Can I call in and ask for it?
