My partner and I have traveled internationally with our twins a few times. We have never encountered any issues, but we've only been to western destinations where we didn't anticipate any issues (France, Canada, etc). And we've always traveled as a family. I can't imagine you'll have issues traveling separately. If you have her passport and birth certificate, I imagine you'll be fine. Are your last names the same? I sometimes wonder if that matters.
