Drum roll please...the T fare gets you absolutely nothing. I was unable to use the kiosk to standby for one of 3 earlier flights and when I approached the Priority Check-in counter, the 3 gentlemen working huddled over the T fare enquiry and replied with "there will be a $25 change fee". I then pointed out that that fee is for confirmed changes not for standby. They huddle again and come back with "no standby is allowed on T fares then, nor with N,L or Q fares". Huh? Good lord. After the huddle is over, one agent says "I put you on the list, head down to the gate". Again, welcome to ACs world. How to piss off the customer, one customer at a time.
