What area to stay in Miami? Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell

Wife, 1-yr old baby, and I plan to visit Miami this April for three or four nights. We have stayed at the Z Ocean hotel in South Beach before and really like it, but don't have enough IHG points this time to stay here. For this round, we'll visit

Jungle Island - for sure
Venetian Pool - just for a peak

Maybe we'll do:
Biltmore Hotel
Vizcaya
Rusty Pelican for dinner
Key Biscayne

Looking for an award stay using Hilton, Hyatt, or SPG points, what area would you suggest? I am thinking somewhere along Coral Gables (Hyatt or Westin), Coconut Grove (not sure what hotel), Brickell area (Hampton Inn or DoubleTree Biscayne).
