I *think* someone said that these used to be upgradeable for the YYZ-YOW-YUL corridor but don't hold me to it. If I recall they removed them out there with the introduction of Tango.

T isn't listed on the u/g certs but you could call AC and ask to make sure. Remember that C upgrades get 125% miles. I've been getting 625 status miles for my YYC_YVR flights the last two weeks

The AE insert I got says that T fares earn 75% miles (or 375 min) before July 1st. After that it is covered under the "all other fares and bookings" which become 50% or 250 min status miles.
