You can redeem Avios for BOS-DUB/SNN on EI for 12,500 Avios one way in Economy, or double that in Business. Very low surcharges on EI TATL redemptions.

Thanks - in terms of booking on AA and other airlines with these avios, is it easier to call the other airline directly or do you have to book via BA? I seem to remember trying to do this a long time ago and it being a huge PITA trying to utilize BA's online system. Is this still the case?
