I am looking at using MR points for a Marriott redemption but have never done it before. Is this an electronic redemption (I don't think so), or do they send you a physical card? ~Roughly~ how long does it take from the time you request until card is delivered?

(I'm confused because there is both a regular redemption and an eCard. The page with the eCard selections shows "You will receive your eTravelCard within three hours, but please allow up to one business day," but when I put one in my shopping cart the next page shows "Arrives within 7 business days.")
