Looks like fun. Ranch Valencia is great and I would keep that on the list. In Scottsdale, I would really recommend the FS especially with kids. It is much more kid friendly than the Sanctuary. I personally do not like staying anywhere for one night. I would do a minimum of two at most of these places.
