The more I think about this, the more it sounds wrong.

Why would QR market and sell a Regional F fare, if they could not provide the facilities to go with it ?
I'll flag this thread with the Mods - see if they wouldn't mind giving this question a run on the QR board. Just may be a QR FTer has done a DWC flight and can answer lounge availability question from firsthand experience.
