WoW, OP thanks for sharing. I think everyone agrees that you do not deserve this. I have a feeling that this is not a glitch either which would be truly unfortunate. UA could be so much better off with a few minor changes and it would not take much to turn the company into a more profitable one while strengthening customer relations.
What they are doing with this results exactly the opposite.
Please keep us posted what the CS responded.
