Strange as it may seem, some of us do pay for J/F out of our own pockets, as that is the only way we are able to fly in J/F.

Not knocking the ME carriers, but there is a lot more to premium travel than choice of food (however I am lead to believe that BA also provide a choice in Y) and the IFE.
