Gluten free pasta accompanied with my striploin. I need to do my research about gluten free pasta, to see if it passes the health test. Pasta I try and avoid at all cost.. Comments?

Two bowls of salad with Italian dressing. Entrée accompanied with sautéed button mushrooms.

Enjoyed a nice strawberry sundae to top it off.
