Yes, good suggestion; most likely, United.bomb is showing the itin priced with UA codeshares. If there's award inventory, the OP could use the award search engine to build an itin with the partner flight #s and then choose the "pay $$ instead of miles" option at the end. Otherwise, calling is the only option.
