Don't expect to hear much from DL unless they find it and match it to the information you've provided. The sheer volume of stuff left on aircraft every day is overwhelming.

Hopefully, you've got your info attached to the item and also use the "Where's my..." to locate the thing. That will at least tell you if it has wandered out of DL's control.
