It's 200K HH income or 50K annual spend. So you meet the criteria. TD sees no credit pull because Amex pulls your file from TransUnion, while TD pulls from Equifax. FIs report to both, but do not typically pull from both.
I've got the TD Docs, and nowhere does it state 50K credit card spend as a criterion. I pointed this out to the rep and she remained unphased.
If I wasn't on FT regularly, I wouldn't even think of applying for this card. Most consumers in Canada wouldn't know about the 50K credit card spend, nor the Infinite Privilege inclusions.
