Am brighton based and most travel is from LHR. The journey by coach or train can be a bit of a pain, and until recently had been opting for a pre-rebooked taxi home for about £85. However I recently discovered a oneway Avis rental is £20 and the GCH/ Avis preferred combination is extremely efficient at LHR, so that's my preference now.

I've also found that knowing that there's no one sat in a car waiting patiently for me to arrive means I'm more likely to make use of the arrivals lounge, and I generally feel less rushed on arrival.
