Logged in to my On Business account today, and looking at my transactions I have been awarded 9000 points described as "Ex Gratia Points Credit- Gesture due to system error". I wasn't aware of any errors on my account, and hadn't been affected by any system errors, so was surprised (but grateful) to see this credit.

Just wondered if everyone had received this, or had any idea what it's for?

I find the On Business points very useful at times, and a 9000 point credit is fairly significant, so it was quite a nice surprise...
